Krishna is God — the source of all that exists. Everything that was, is, or will be, has its root in Krishna. He is known by many names across cultures: Allah, Buddha, Jehovah, Rama — all are Krishna, and all are One.
God is not impersonal. He has both formless and personal aspects, and His personality is full of eternity, bliss, and knowledge.
Just as every drop of the ocean carries the qualities of the ocean, every soul carries divine consciousness, but this consciousness becomes covered due to attachment to the material world — body, sense pleasure, ego, and possessions.
Through lifetimes of material conditioning, we have become attached to this temporary body and assumed it to be the self. But all great saints and scriptures of every age show us the way back to our original, eternal divine nature.
In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says:
“The yogi who is purified by his actions, free from all material contamination, and firmly established in the Self, achieves the highest bliss in connection with the Supreme.” (Gita 6.28)
Yoga — the scientific process of self-realization — helps us reconnect with that pure consciousness, beyond pollution, toward eternal joy.
